Pre-production samplerilization rate

After all files approved, a pre-production sample is necessary for advance checking, we can send you or show you by video.

Mass production

The files will get the final adjustments before will start the production. And the factory printing proof will be sent back for final double checking. You will be updated the each step during mass production, a final production sample will be sent for your review before assembly. Our dedicated quality control team inspects your components to check that everything is complete and correct, especially the humidity problem will be controlled strictly. Then we can start the mass assembly on production line.

Shipping service and Certification

If you’ve made your own shipping arrangements, you are welcome to do so with no additional fees. If you need some shipping assistance, our cooperated forwarder can support FOB, CIF, CFR, or DDU service. For some specific certification, like EN71, UKCA, or ASTM F963 certifications are required, Reayoung also has the team can help test with lower charge.
